Hello, welcome to my website, my name is Jim Hall. My experience with
dogs began in the year 1983. My mentors at that time are the legendary
team of Guy and Thelma Mauldin, owners of Kismet Kennels. As their
future son-in-law, my ex-wife and I would perform all of the kennel
management duties while Guy and Thelma were at the shows on the
weekends. These duties included not only the feeding of the dogs, but
some breedings, animal husbandry, conditioning and maintenance of their
client's show dogs. Under the tutelage of these two wonderful people, I
became exposed to the wonderful world of dog shows.
The first dog show that I ever attended was in Monroe, LA in 1985. After a
6 year apprenticeship with the Mauldins, and a divorce, I exhibited with
Brad Woolriges for some time. I later began working with Wood Wornall
for a short time to learn about Terriers.
Twenty years later, I would like to thank all of the handlers, breeders,
judges, clients and friends who have taught me so much about this sport
that I love! I would like to extend a huge "Thank You!" to Sharon Osharow
of Kristari Siberian Huskies. Sharon, you have been a greatly appreciated
mentor and valued friend.
I have studied and trained with the best and will do my best with each and
every one of my dogs. I will always present a well groomed and a well
trained dog to the best of my abilities. You may be assured that your dog is
in good hands while with me, at home or on the road.
